Fallout 1.5 Resurrection forum

In the rebirth base, is there a blue keycard on the 5th floor? I killed everyone on that floor, but I only have 3 stimpacks left, no way I am going to be able to kill everyone else on the other floors (im playing as unarmed). Can I find a blue keycard here to make the terminal near the Savior work?

Can you get me started on how to approach this? I skimmed through the dialogue and I don't remember where to start looking.
