yes i dont have the dialog option when speaking to Frederyk , also again went back to check , and also checked one more the every corner of the basement including in combat mode aiming

I got the quest to kill all the raiders in Seddit from the caravan leader i found them , went down the ladder , killed every single one in that basement but quest is not marked as complete i went down again several times to make sure , there was no one left i guess this is a bug , or i am missing so...
