No I'm specifically talking about Macgyver special encounter not the scrapyard. The MacGyver encounter is shown in the last screenshot from Ractaros96.

I think it is possible to attain this, visiting Albuquerque hospital a lot.

Hospital upgrades are one time only for each stat.

Besides, I don't think getting that amount of hitpoints at level 24 is possible if you don't have 10 endurance and strength from the start, even with the lifegiver perk.

Just had the MacGyver encounter and he implies that he can tinker with some of your stuff, but so far I wasn't able to give him anything he could actually alter/upgrade. Is there something more to this encounter that I'm missing?

I'm not trying to pass judgement here, since by cheating in a single player game you're not affecting anyone else's game. But I'm genuinly curious about your reasons. How does giving yourself all 10's improve your game experience?

What are the maximum stats of the companions?

So far I've got Keri got 4 level ups and is now at 111 hitpoints (one level up got bugged)
and Mutt had 5 level ups and is at 125 with 19 melee damage.
Lystra only got a single level so far and is at 82 hitpoints.

Not sure if giving you a hint here on stuff you already found out but: Did you notice how he said you can not "personally" visit the other floors?
