Where to search for Cole

After I talked to the soldier in his appartment and agreed to capture Cole with him and ran for Cole, he ran away, fine. But where start searching after this? No one on the other side of Imperial City doesn't know anything. Or someone do?

Cole told me that I can find him in the cave. Where's it exactly?

He's waiting near the caravan stand in The Suburbs. If not, you have to wait a few hours/a day max to make him to appear there.

OK, my stupid mistake. I really thought that he mentioned about somewhat of cave and caravans (I also did not associate this fact). Finally, I found him. Too bad our conversations are not archived.
