And get the normal ending. I don't feel like wiping Rebirth base floor after floor wthin 5 minutes.

What do you consider to be normal ending? But I guess it is.

Ending where my mission on destroying the Rebirth by blowing up the bunker is done, not where I unleash an army of ghouls on Albuquerque.

You can finish the Rebirth base without firing a single bullet.

All you need to do is search carefully each level for stuff you might need, talk with everyone for info you could use, and be sure to have a high speech skill for the last encounter.

Well... I need another key card which so happend to be in the Savior's office, in a safe. Will high sneak skill be useful here or he starts dialog anyway?

He will talk to you, then you can kill him and take the key. Computer in the next room can turn on self-destruction of the base.

Just use the blue elevator, you'll be warned but you won't be stopped. Although if you don't want to be attacked there, you'll need high speech or sneak skill.

Nope. Ask guard next to the blue elevator on red 5, he'll explain it to you.
