No need to take screenshot. Rather upload save, please, and I'll look into it. Save files are in Fallout 2\Resurrection\resdata\SAVEGAME folder and each folder there is one save slot.

In the same quest, Sanchez seems to think I ran away from combat even though I helped killing the raiders. Here's a savegame from the meeting site outside Sedit:

Sadly I overwrote my previous savegame right after the fight, so I can't tell if reloading the map could fix this.

Its my savegames in RAR. First i use normally, and on second i save in combat when i need to.
Do you remember what exactly was happening when the game crashed? Like if it was your turn or someone else? Was someone shooting to someone else? Do you save during the combat a lot?
What OS do you have and what version of Fallout 2 (GOG, Steam, ?) ?

You have to kill all the raiders. One of them is still alive. Active combat to see him highlighted and finish him.

I don't know. If it was crashing randomly for you, I'm afraid that can crash randomly samewhere else even with new character. Reinstall may help, but hard to say.

Try running Resurrection as administrator if you aren't already. And don't save too extensively during combat, Fallout 2 engine doesn't like.
btw. What happen to Mutt? He died somewhere? If so, where?

Another tip I got for crashes in another thread was to run the game in Windows 98 compatibility mode, hope this helps.
