What's a Sfall? I can see items, but I have Killaps mod installed, think it worked while playing that. Pressing G and T for looting also works, though when Keri goes to loot bodies she says something in Czech.

Yes,rechecked, and this worked (locking doors, killing one wife, getting to vex for reward (2k caps, see screenshots), unlocking door, nice talking with william).
So is this an issue?

Location: Albuquerque - Suburbs
Description:
Siding with Vex still allows to side with William, if you lock the door rooms for his second wife and William himself.
Lock the doors -> Shoot out 1 wife and mercenaries, that are not locked. Get the reward from Vex. Unlock the door for William -> you a free to speak to him, though it seems you can't take the job from him (though i have spoken with merchant for 300 caps)

OK, seems Sfall works for you. Read this for more info about some Sfall functions and Party Orders Add-on in Czech.
You have killaps mod in Fallout 2, I assume, so it doesn't matter. Resurrection has its own folder and comes with its own Sfall.

1. Any use of tooths found around Sedith? Especially the zone with Deathclaws?
2. Any chance on entering emperial city? (Have tried to pretend i got task from liuetenant (from Wild Paradise) but that didn't work. From a woman in suburbs i got clue, that one of the dwellers ONLY can invite me in.
I am more than sure, that siding with anonymous and/or mutant hunters will give me access, but still is there option to deal it without siding?
3. What was the task that lietenant was needed to do? I kinda forgot the description and can't repeat it, actually. May be fullfilling his request will give me opportunity to enter the city?
4. I have found many crimes to report in Albuquerque, but no one gives a fuck, actually. The only person who at least listened to me was a commander of mutant hunters, but he ignored these crimes.

6. As the "mexican questline" is failed, that is really interesting what was inside?
7. I am mostly playing the role of a neutral person, who seeks the most profitable solutions while trying not to devastate and harm others, but still in this playthrough my average karma is around -100.
Due to some recent actions i got a karma of -40. I was attacked by some "Wanderers" in metal armor with knifes and pistols in a random encounter and my karma dropped dramatically up to -85 afterwards.
Why?
8. What is the reset time for shops around the world? I am particular interested in the "books" shop in the Little Hub area?
9. Is there any payment differences between Clinic upgrades of SPECIAL and Mutant Hunters upgrades? Luck is not upgradeble by any means, except that shaman in suburbs, that gives it +- accordingly to your karma?
10. Is HEV contraction, given by a prostitute in the Sedith - Main street pub any affection on the game process?
11. Is there any interactions with that mutant injection, that you can get from a children of atom cultits, except the direct use on Crimson caravans leader?For example, i am pretty sure, that mutant hunters will be interested in that, but i found no option to submit it to them. And clinic in albuquerque will be interested as well
12. What are options on lowering the prices for Crimson Guards contract with Farmer? I found only option of -100 for killing insects.
13. Is there any way to get hands on robes of "Childrens"? I met one in the Sedith on the cultist, mentioned above only
14. Both damian and gabriel have no reaction regarding the Vex death
15. Gabriel left after i cleared raiders lair led by damian. Is there any way to return him back?

I won't give you full answers for every question, because there're things I don't want to spoil.

1. No comment
2. There're two gates into the Imperial City, each has its own guard. What doesn't work with one guard, can work with another.
3. He sent you to talk to Elisa in the Imperial City and ask her about work.
4. Such is a live in Albuquerque.
5. I think that you can tell Mimi that you'll keep the nuggets, making her angry at you and be able to take the quests from Rodriguez after that.
6. Inside of what?
7. Hard to imagine you won't harm others while seeking most profitable solution. Haven't you worked for Vex?
Negative karma after killing wanderers who attacked you is strange indeed. I'll check it.
8. I don't remember exactly, I think it's generally one week.

Update: after paying for her healing in Albuquerque Keri is back to 125cw and 6ap.

Not really a bug, more like a glitch. And perhaps it existed in Fallout 2 before this mod.
When viewing status in Pip Boy, after clicking on a town You can click on another town (place where its name was) and switch to see statuses of another towns.
Not that changes anything, but I thought i should mention it.
No screenshot, since it is easy to try and screenshot wouldn't actually show anything important.

SPOILER ALERT In Corath. If You get Ritchie back to Nestor, and then convince them to fight for their freedom, they get slaughtered upon exiting mine. After cutscene of police intervention, You confront them and get in fight. If You use exit grid to end fight, every time You enter the area, cutscene will be replayed.

If You kill marked policeman, it clones itself upon exit. Those bodies marked are 2 already killed.

Update on previous entry. If You shoot at the policeman that clones itself and enter the mine, he'll replenish its health.

It's seem dreadfully hard to find broc flower from middle game onward. I want to find some to make use of the half a dozen xander roots in my inventory but nowhere to be found.

Can you edit some merchant inventory to have it sold? Either the wanderer group, or the tribal groups. It suit their situation.

It's certainly something worth to think about. I didn't except someone would still care about healing powder later in the game.

Wanderer groups appear pretty frequently so it's a steady source of barter.

Tribal groups in Albu is a fixed location shop.

And caravan traders is also an optional yet fixed shop.

I am thinking that Stim for myself and human NPC are fine, but the healing resource for the Mutt is bigger. And the loss of PER coming from healing powder is considerable to our human NPC but not so much to Mutt.
