I have been to Rebirth Base but I am level 17 and I think I need to levelup my skills in Science and Repair just to be on the safe side. So I backtracked and I am doing caravan runs for leveling up. Went to New Hope with Crimson Caravan and found it totally empty. There was nothing there; there was nobody there...

EDIT: It must have been a glitch. Saving and reloading somehow fixed it, although the fog of war was quite persistent.

There must be some problem with moving to the upgraded version of the map when you get there with a caravan, I guess. I'll look into it, thanks for the report.

Did you read the EDIT part. It fixed itself by saving/reloading.
