Difficulty level

I cant find any information on the internet about that, and I wonder, what difficulty level changes?
I mean we have 2 separate difficulty setting in options. Game difficulty and Combat difficulty. What EXACTLY they changes? I realize, that Game difficulty changes base skill points value, but did this do anything else?

Re: Difficulty level

I didn't remember so I have google it and found this:
- If game's difficulty is set to "Easy", you get a 20% bonus to non-combat
secondary skills comparative to "Normal". At "Hard" you get a -10% penalty.

- Setting combat difficulty to "Wimpy" - instead of "Normal" - will make the
enemies receive a penalty to perception (the chance to hit). Also they do
around half damage when attacking.
If you change it to "Tough", the enemies will receive a bonus to perception
and take more targeted shots. Their combat damage will be increased by
nearly 50 %.

btw. I don't think this is off-topic, I'm moving this topic to General Discussion

Re: Difficulty level

Yeah i was thinking about playing on Tough enemies difficulty and Easy game difficulty, it should make a game more agressive and fast, because both we and enemies have more chance to hit, so i ask.
And i put it on offtop, because i was thinking it not fit general discussion, cuz its just general question about F1/2 mechanic, and not a mod :)
