High luck with sniper guarantees you crits but not those that instakill or prevent enemy from fighting. Hit in eyes is often instakill/blind(which can count as dead cuz he will flee no matter what).

If not you still can deal lots of crit damage to take them out in 2, 3 if you are unlucky hits.
