Post by Berserk »

Hello I got some crashes with the Mutant Hunter's quest :

The quest where you have to take a tribal from his family, once I solve the problem with this I go see Dutch (the guy who guard the gate of the city). Once I Go with him to kill some Ghouls I got a black screen (you know when you are travelling) and this screen :

Can you please upload your save somewhere, so I can look into it? Save files are in Fallout 2\Resurrection\resdata\SAVEGAME folder and each folder there is one save slot.

Thanks.
There's some bug that happens when you leave The Suburbs map. But I don't know what exactly is the problem. I'll look into it more, but for now, if you want fix right now, here's fixed safe - http://www.filedropper.com/slot74
I have copied saved map from another save so if you droped someting on the ground in that map or placed something in some container there, it won't be there anymore.

It works, but when I go see the Dwarf for being a Hunter, he says that all the commanders don't have all the approval. I did the work for all the commanders but I can't be one of them why ?

Have you been on the patrol with Dutch, have you dealt with mutated tribal and have you brought pulse pistole to Kraig?

I did all this but with your save when I go talk to Herman (I think), it just skip the tribal situation. And I can't talk to him again for the quest.

Looks like it's consequence of my quick fix of your save. Sorry for that. But I have found the problem. Here's the fix:
Download this file - http://www.filedropper.com/awilzol1 - and copy it into your Fallout 2\Resurrection\resdata\scripts directory. Then load your original save. The one before you did the tribal quest for Herman and without my change. It shouldn't crash anymore when you leave The Suburbs.
