[spoiler]what does 'take a caravan' mean?

I'm working for Vex who sent me back to Sedit to kidnap someone.
The guy in small hub asked me to take a caravan. Does that just mean killing everyone there?

Before you kidnap sheriff's son, you're supposed to book a private caravan that will be used for getting the kidnapped kid out of Sedit. Talk to Kevin from the Sedit Caravan about it.
