Fallout 1.5 Resurrection forum

Hi. On my previous character i was able to plant Rachels necklace on a shelf with only 80 Steal skill. Now im having 110 steal and im sneaking in the middle of a night, but she spots me every time. Any idea what might cause this? I tried like hundred times already. I wont believe that it is just random chance when my skill is 110.

I'm not 100% sure, but it could be because of a failed Sneak check? I just tested it out with Sneak 49, and it worked without having to use Steal at all. It might help if you wait one minute and then try to sneak again. Once you enable a "successful" sneak mode (as explained here: https://github.com/falltergeist/fallter ... ki/Stealth), it should work. You can always give Rachel some alcohol to lower her PE, if all else fails.
