Sedit Ghouls hostile

The Ghouls running the inn at Sedit became hostile as soon as I did a quest for the Senor guy...
Is there no turning back? I'm actually aiming for hi karma.

No, even if you killed Senor they still dislike you.
The only quest you can do for Senor is kicking off the drunk in the casino bar. Taking any further quest you'll join the gang, and ghouls/sheriff quest line is blocked off.
