I have returned to Rat Hole and killed Julian and his mercenaries, because I didn't like the idea of New Hope village razed to the ground. In final ending I like most New Hope flourishing and Albuquerque growing into metropolis under Emperor Aran's rule.

The one called "Acquired holotapes" shows current time in game.

The day on this screen is 30 JAN 2173, game starts: 15 MAR 2170
Almost 3 years.

Good to know that there is no time limit.
I remember ghoul Thomas who was lying in mutant base says that after some time of the rebirth ( I'm not sure if he said how long exactly ? ) the tissue begins to break down.

Great stats man. How did you increase luck to 10 :)? ( May I see initial settings? )

I'm not trying to pass judgement here, since by cheating in a single player game you're not affecting anyone else's game. But I'm genuinly curious about your reasons. How does giving yourself all 10's improve your game experience?

There's time limit for this reason. But it's 10 years, so plenty of time.

I think it is possible to attain this, visiting Albuquerque hospital a lot.
And of course, you need to start with luck +9. ( that was my question about initial settings )

Otherwise I think he is cheating. :)

Hospital upgrades are one time only for each stat.

Besides, I don't think getting that amount of hitpoints at level 24 is possible if you don't have 10 endurance and strength from the start, even with the lifegiver perk.

You're not limited by various requirements for perks, dialogue options, quests, it's a little easier in battle. Otherwise, it's just fun being superhuman. And changing only SPECIAL attributes does not completely destroy gameplay like infinite money, infinite exp or 300% skills at start.
